  • Bob Ghafouri is a Managing Director with A&MPLIFY, Alvarez & Marsal's AI powered digital agency, in Washington, D.C. He is the North American leader of A&MPLIFY, a platform designed to help clients incubate and launch new digital businesses, platforms and products from incubation to market launch.

    Mr. Ghafouri specializes in growing new digital businesses; generating value for clients with digital growth strategies and technology driven digital transformation; and advising technology startups. With nearly 25 years of experience, he helps clients unlock trapped value by leveraging existing assets to create new growth opportunities, accelerate existing digital programs, foster innovation, and deliver customized experiences for customers.

    Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ghafouri served as Chief Commercial Officer with Red Ventures, a digital media holding. He led a team that designed and launched an artificial intelligence (AI) powered digital commerce and content platform to support advertising, direct response, and affiliate commerce revenue generation programs across the Red Ventures portfolio. He also worked across brands to bring differentiated propositions to advertising partners.

    Previously, Mr. Ghafouri worked with Accenture as a Senior Managing Director, a member of the global leadership committee, and a founding member of Accenture Interactive. As Chief Growth Officer, he helped increase revenues; helped raise capital for growth; participated in acquisitions to scale the business; and advised companies in retail, telecommunications, consumer goods, hospitality and health sectors on digital growth and digital business building. He was also Co-founder and former head of Accenture’s global digital transformation strategy practice, Bloom. In addition, Mr. Ghafouri founded, launched and scaled three digital businesses in the government, retail and real estate industries.

    Mr. Ghafouri earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and quantitative business analysis from Pennsylvania State University. He serves as a Venture Partner for Next Gen Ventures, advising Next Gen Ventures’ portfolio companies (including Everlywell and Urban Stems).


  • Andreas Lucido is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Washington, D.C., and is the national solution leader for the firm’s Federal practice. He specializes in organizational transformation with deep experience in strategic planning, budget and cost management, workforce modeling, performance management, and digital strategy and analytics.

    With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Lucido has led numerous efforts supporting CXOs and staff in multiple defense and civilian organizations.

    Mr. Lucido’s notable accomplishments include developing and implementing systematic, data-driven decision tools and models to streamline reporting, reduce cost and improve budgetary functions for agencies within the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. Through the planning, programming, budgeting and execution process, Mr. Lucido led the strategy and resource allocation modeling for a $6.5 billion organization. Separately, he led an $8 billion multinational organization through an analytics implementation to automate reporting and performance metrics. He also led an organizational transformation for a 2,600-person globally disbursed organization, improving its operating capabilities and management functions.

    Most recently, Mr. Lucido led a number of M&A due diligence, integration and corporate performance improvement projects across the government contractor industry. Mr. Lucido has extensive experience building successful public sector lines of business through market strategy, opportunity identification, deal capture and project delivery by integrating commercial and government solutions resulting in client value creation.

    Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lucido spent 10 years with a large, global professional services firm within its Public Sector practice. Before that, Mr. Lucido served as an Airborne Ranger in the Army’s prestigious 75th Ranger Regiment. During that time, he led the logistics operations for a joint special operation task force, serving multiple combat assignments in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

    Mr. Lucido earned an MBA from the University of Illinois and a bachelor's degree in sociology from Northern Illinois University. He is a certified Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master and Certified Defense Financial Manager.


  • Jordan Roseborough is a New Ventures Director at A&Mplify, Alvarez & Marsal's Digital Growth Agency, with over a decade of experience spanning healthtech, automotive/industrials, and AI. She specializes in identifying and launching new revenue streams for corporations and startups, focusing on operational turnarounds and reimagining business models to drive sustainable growth.

    Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Jordan was a Venture Associate at Benhamou Global Ventures and Chingona Ventures, where she led due diligence on over 40 pre-seed to Series A investments in FinTech, AI/ML, and E-commerce. Earlier in her career, she held a technical product marketing role at VMware and worked on the growth strategy team at Accenture.

    In addition to her corporate experience, Jordan founded “Brews & Banter,” the DMV’s only venture studio that blends social entrepreneurship with venture-building for aspiring entrepreneurs. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Finance with a focus on venture capital and private equity, and graduated with highest distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, double majoring in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School and Exercise and Sport Science.

    In her free time, Jordan enjoys adrenaline-fueled activities, playing cards, and supporting Carolina basketball.
